    Working In are market leaders in international recruitment events.

    We know that you are looking for experienced candidates who are committed to leaving the UK for their dream job.

    We know that we need to maximise your return on investment.

    This year, to further gauge candidate commitment, we will be asking for more details from them prior to the event such as their CV’s and when they plan to move. We are also encouraging them to apply for your roles on our new job board.

    This is how we do it

    We use a portfolio of proven digital platforms, social media, google ad words and a selection of proven UK based industry channels to attract, engage with and invite quality skills to our events.

    As part of your package, you will be promoted via

    • Workingin-newzealand.com job board
      We post all your jobs here for the 3 months leading up to the events. All jobs will include a message that you will be in the UK and available to meet face-to-face.
    • Workingin-events.com
      All exhibitors and jobs listed on our events website.
    • Working In New Zealand Facebook
      We will be regularly promoting your brand and your jobs to our audience of Facebook users – 18,000+, as well as targeted Facebook advertising.
    • Working In New Zealand Blog
      Articles will be frequently posted on our blog to attract and engage candidates. We also offer you the opportunity to write your own article.
    • Working In Subscriber Newsletters
      Communication with our database of subscribers – including targeted industry and occupation dedicated eDM’s.
    • Google Ad Words
      A targeted 3 month campaign leading up to the events to maximise engagement with motivated candidates.
    • Immigration New Zealand
      INZ will be attending both the events and are also committed to targeted skill-based pre-event advertising based on your individual vacancies.

    You can further increase your candidate pool

    For those industries and occupations where candidates can be particularly hard to find we also have additional marketing we recommend. We will work closely with you to tailor this approach. Options may include specialised targeting across social media, exclusive eDM’s, advertising in specific industry journals and websites, and adwords campaigns for your individual roles. Prices range from $1K-$5K depending on depth of targeting required and media used.
